Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original HOUSE OF ERRORS packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
